Whose Jersey Should You Buy? A Helpful Flowchart

Ah, Labour Day. That beautiful holiday that comes right at the start of September to remind you that summer's over. Sure, that means the end of warm weather, cottages, and beaches. But it also means the return of routines, friends and family who were away, and of course, hockey. We're almost at the point that we can say we're back in NHL season. Rookie camps, training camps, and preseason all take place in the month of September.

Now with the return of hockey, you may be thinking about buying a new Ottawa Senators jersey. That seems like a wise choice. The problem is, whose name do you want on the back? There are so many things to consider, and so many wrong choices to make. You could think of Eric Gryba's beard and forget he was traded over the summer. The safe route is to get a nameless jersey, but that's not nearly as much fun.
