• The 6th Sens poke fun at an Ottawa Sun article, as well as pointing out that the Sens are looking for "physically fit" people to be part of the Cheer Squad. Sadly for Craig Anderson, there won't be cheerleaders. They also list some fantasy hockey projections, with Nikita Filatov at 31 points, Jason Spezza 70 points, Daniel Alfredsson 51 points, Erik Karlsson 47 points, Peter Regin 29 points and Magic Number Seven with 16 points. • Sergei Gonchar has historically done better in his second season with a club than the first. He thinks that will be the case again as he will be more comfortable. He is also impressed with the skill level of the club. (Ottawa Senators)
• This Remembrance Day, it will also be Alfie Night in Ottawa as the date will be 11/11/11. The Senators will be playing the Sabres in Buffalo that night, but you can view the game at Tudor Hall at Riverside and Uplands (side note, I have been there, I used to work across the street!).
