Silver Nuggets: Winning streak edition
The Ottawa Senators ran out 5-1 winners in a dominant performance last night against the Florida Panthers. It was the Senators first victory following a victory since December 26, which also was the last time the Senators won at home. A lot of the credit for the improved play will go to Craig Anderson, but I give just as much credit to Jason Spezza. The Senators are also now 3-1-1 in their last five games.
Another notable fact was that the Senators won despite (because?) playing 7 AHL players last night. Also, Colorado lost 5-1 to Edmonton in Brian Elliott's debut. THANK YOU COLORADO!
