- Dany Heatley had no points and was -3 in his San Jose Sharks debut last night, leading to headlines in Ottawa Citizen blogs. Let's just hope Michalek and Cheechoo don't combine for -4 on Saturday. (Hockey Capital)
- Speaking of Heatley, Senators owner Eugene Melnyk decided to get a few last words in about the Heatley situation. I should probably stop linking to this stuff, but I'm just amazed that the guy is still making headlines in Canada. (Sun)
- We all know that tomorrow is the start of the Ottawa Senators' regular season campaign, but it's worth noting that it's also the start of the season for their AHL affiliate, the Binghamton Senators.
