Senators recall Mika Zibanejad
Who saw this coming? Oh, right - everybody did.
Doing what was expected last week by many fans, the Senators have announced the recall of Mika Zibanejad this morning.
Zibanejad, 20, has recorded two goals and five assists to lead the B-Sens in scoring with seven points through the club’s first six regular-season contests. The 6-2, 211-pound native of Huddinge, Sweden, ranked fourth among Senators in scoring last season with 20 points (seven goals, 13 assists) while appearing in 42 regular-season contests with Ottawa.
