#Rihannaing: The newest trend for Ottawa Senators fans
Following in the footsteps of Rihanna, other Ottawa fashionistas have adopted #Rihannaing as the <strike>newest</strike> only way to show support for their team. Warning: pasty man thighs inside.
Ottawa Senators fans are known as being a reserved bunch. With the Senators on a four-game five-game losing streak, they decided a shakeup was needed.
Origins
Rihanna was spotted in LA this weekend sporting a Sens heritage jersey, and for a lack of a better description...no pants. Not only did she wear the beautiful heritage jersey clubbing, she also took the time to put on a mini-photoshoot in her new favourite sweater.
Following in the footsteps of one of the biggest fashion icons in Hollywood, Stuntman Stu, the Ottawa Senators in-house PA superstar, tweeted this photo:

Deciding this was a trend worth following, #Rihannaing was created to try to help inspire the Senators. I put out a rally call to Sens Army, and they were quick to respond.
