Ottawa Senators Recall Andreas Englund
The Ottawa Senators recalled physical defenceman Andreas Englund from Belleville this morning, likely due to this:
Boucher says Anderson starts. Phaneuf is away on a personal matter and may or may not join the team tomorrow.

Englund, Ottawa’s second round pick in 2014, has four assists in 29 games played in the AHL this year. After spending two seasons in Sweden’s top league as a teenager, playing big minutes for Djurgårdens, Englund crossed the Atlantic to join Ottawa’s organization last season to begin his journey to the NHL.
This is Englund’s first recall this year but he does have five NHL games under his belt from last season.
