This could be a statement game of sorts for the Senators. They've lost all three games against the Islanders so far this season, and could prove that they can get up for any opponent with a strong game tonight--not just games against stronger opponents.

It's also a statement game for Chris Campoli and Mike Comrie, who were indericetly referred to by Islanders coach Scott Gordon as "bad apples" after they were dealt. Now it's up to them to show they weren't bad; the Islanders were.
