Game 39: Montreal Canadiens @ Ottawa Senators
Tonight the Senators take on the Canadiens in a game no one cares about. No, I'm just kidding... only Alex Kovalev doesn't care! The Sens have come out blazing over the past two first periods but have faltered in the later stages of games, getting annhilated by Pittsburgh and squeaking out a shootout win against the Sabres in their last game. Meanwhile, Montreal is on a four-game win streak thanks to goalie Jaroslav Halak, who made 45 saves in his last start against Ottawa, a 4-1 Montreal victory. This game should be filled with scoring chances. Besides the players mentioned here, who else should we keep an eye on?
Mike Fisher: Without Alfredsson and Spezza, the Senators are desperate for offensive leadership. Fisher must be that guy.
Milan Michalek: No surprise here. Ottawa's scorers must score tonight.
Filip Kuba: He cannot afford to be terrible tonight
Andrei Kostitsyn/Sergei Kostitsyn: I hate these guys. It seems like one of them is always scoring a big goal against us.
