Chasing the playoffs by chasing the storm
The Senators hit the road for a quick trip to Carolina and back, hoping to keep the overall momentum from their home stand going.

Haven't seen who is starting in net yet, but presumably it will be Ullmark.
Game Notes
- Raleigh has not been kind to Ottawa in recent years - the last win was December 2021, and the Canes in general have outscored Ottawa 20-6 between this season and last
- Cole Reinhardt was called up from Belleville for tonight. Presumably in case Ostapchuk can't go, but he was participating in the morning skate so Reinhardt might be the odd man out tonight
- Tale of two team's goaltending recently. As Ottawa's has improved, Carolina's has fallen - both as straight SV% and as goals saved above expected

- Do I need to say "watch out for Martin Necas"? He's third in the league for points this season... so watch out for Martin Necas
- Game time is 7pm, on TSN5 and RDS
