Definitely in:

New Jersey Devils: Thanks to their 4-0 win over the Minnesota Wild on Friday night, the Devils have clinched their twelfth consecutive playoff appearance. They could technically finish as low as eighth place, but there's an eight-in-a-million percent chance of that happening.

Definitely out:

Atlanta Thrashers: Sorry, Thrash fans. With the 6-3 loss at the hands of the Detroit Red Wings last night, the Thrashers' 2009 playoff run officially has come to an end.

Ottawa Senators chances: Still not very good. To be exact, there's a 0.261 per cent chance of making it for Ottawa, and the average predicted finish is 11.24 in the Eastern Conference.
