It’s Sensapalooza for the Ottawa-Gatineau Youth Foundation

‘Tis the season for giving, but let’s be honest, one of the best parts of the holiday season lies in the getting. Don’t get me wrong, giving to others, especially those in need, is an amazing feeling, but it’s also nice to be the beneficiary of someone’s thoughtfulness.
Thanks to the Ottawa-Gatineau Youth Foundation, there are a number of ways that you can do both, just in time for Christmas.
Though the organization is no longer affiliated with the Ottawa Senators, one of their prime fundraising methods over the years has been auctioning off Sens memoriabilia, much of which is signed by players both past and present. The proceeds of which go towards giving young people in the Ottawa community more access to sport, recreation, mental health support services and post secondary education.
As luck would have it, the OGYF has over 600(!) Senators-branded items to auction off. Everything from signed jerseys, pucks, pictures, and more are all available, with proceeds going to making the the Ottawa-Gatineau area a better place for deserving youth.
