Ottawa Senators come up flat in 3-1 loss to Buffalo Sabres

After an emotional win earlier in the week, the Senators followed it up with the opposite effort.

The Ottawa Senators that played to a dramatic 3-2 overtime victory over the Minnesota Wild Tuesday were nowhere to be found against Jack Eichel and the Buffalo Sabres on Friday.

Poor zone exits and lopsided puck possession plagued Ottawa throughout, especially in the second period. They've now been out-shot in 54 of 72 games this season.
