My preferred off season

Raptors lost, and the Jays are milling about in the middle of the AL East. I want hockey back, because the playoffs are a lot better when I actually care about the teams that are involved.

That being said, rosterbating is also something that I enjoy, so I've fiddled with the offseason options that the Senators have this summer, and here are the results!

Here's the link on capgeek, but I've also written the moves below: http://capgeek.com/armchair-gm/roster/13220

I traded Patrick Wiercioch, Colin Greening, and Shane Prince to the Vancouver Canucks for Alexander Edler

I re-signed Ales Hemsky to a 4 year, 5 million dollar per year contract.

I re-signed Mike Hoffman to a 2 year, 726k per year test

I re-signed Robin Lehner to a 3 year, 2 million per year contract

I chose not to resign Milan Michalek, and am going to give Mark Stone first line playing time this year.

I called up Mark Borowiecki to be our 7th defenseman, and called up Jean Gabriel Pageau to be our 13th skater.

I signed Blake Comeau to a 1 year, 1 million dollar contract.

What do you think? How would you change the roster over the off season to prepare us for the next season, and for seasons afterwards?
