Silver Nuggets: Senators using their depth

Jean-Yves Ahern-US PRESSWIRE

The Senators are making a few lineup changes for tonight's game against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Recently, Ottawa Senators head coach Paul MacLean was quoted as saying, "There's no sense having depth if you don't use it." Based on reports all over Twitter, it sounds like the Mike Watson doppelganger is going to put his money where his mouth is tonight when the Sens take on the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Multiple people are reporting that Ben Bishop is going to get his first start of the year tonight, while both Kaspars Daugavins and Mark Borowiecki make their season debuts. It's not clear who they're in for, but it sounds like Guillaume Latendresse has an injury while Patrick Wiercioch may sit for Borowiecki.

Of course, there's a cliché that you don't fix what ain't broken, and both Anderson and Wiercioch had been playing pretty well so far. So what do you think about the moves MacLean made in advance of the game?
