Is it possible to sign (without a no-trade clause) Filip Kuba a player on that is set to become an UFA before he hits free agency only to trade him before the season starts and get something out of his depature?
I've been thinking about that for weeks and I'm really curious to know if it can work and if it does, why that kind of move is not pulled often by Gm's.
