Obviously we don't have NHL hockey starting right now but there is so much to love and be excited about with Bingo looking so strong and showcasing our young talent that I have to believe we can have a good group involved during the game tonight.

Whether you have paid for the AHL feed, will be listening on the radio or if you are lucky enough to stumble across some other way to view the game I say come and share your thoughts and let's get our already over-sized expectations morphed into extraordinarily over-sized expectations!

Having only seen the (in my opinion) poorly edited highlights from 2 Bingo pre-season games I have to say I am as stoked for the game tonight as I would be for an NHL version. I can't wait to see how Silfverberg looks or quite frankly the that whole first line with him, Zibanejad and Pageau...or the second line with Hoffman, Petersson and ?

Who am I kidding, I want to watch Cowen dominate, Lehner being sharp, Wiercioch looking like a top prospect, Borocop playing ugly, Stone flashing his soft hands...it doesn't end. I want and expect good things from this group and I am realizing that the excitement I get from watching them develop in their own league is just as good as watching our current big club play.

Screw you NHL owners and players - this is one guy who knows how to get his fix and at least Thursday through Sunday each week won't care that you are engaged in your petty little games. Actually throw in MNF and now you only have me wanting Tuesdays and Wednesday's each week.
