According to Bobby Mac from TSN, The Ducks say everyone is in play except Selanne and Koivu. This includes Getzlaf, Ryan and Perry.
I dont know if anyone else is excited about maybe Bryan Murray putting some heads on the block in order to grab Perry or Ryan; for the right price of course. But, wouldnt that be great?!
And what exactly would Ottawa have to give up? We're going to have to replace Alfie someday on the first line and even with the depth at the centre role, scoring wingers like Perry or Ryan would be awesome.I could definitley see Murray at least putting out an offer for Perry considering he is the one that drafted him.
In my mind, I could see players like Foligno, Butler, Regin and DaCosta and others alike in play just because of the offensive prospects coming up. I'm not very good at analyzing these things and I know Ducks wont trade proven NHLers for possible NHLers but I was hoping we could get a good discussion on here and fantasize a bit what our lives would be like with Corey Perry on the Senators!
