The thing that impressed me here (other than his ridiculously good hands) is that he lays some people out. Really didn’t expect those hits.

Great hands!
Seems to have decent agility, and decent speed. Notice that a few of those dangles and rushes were aided by the extra twenty feet of space he otherwise wouldn’t have over here, so that means he’ll have to increase his foot speed and agility if he intends to keep that dimension of his game alive and well.
Another criticism is that I only noticed one or two slapshots. He’ll have to utilize a slapper more if he wants to be offensive minded in the NHL, because the goalies won’t get fooled by wrist shots from the point very often, and he seems to rely on them, judging from this small edit anyways.
The hitting aspect, as you said, was surprising. He’ll have plenty of opportunities to take runs like that on smaller ice, albeit with bigger bodies on the other end.
I think his patience with the puck can’t go unnoticed either; he didn’t seem in a hurry to give the puck to someone else, which can be an indicator of a sublime player… let’s hope!
I'm really excited to see him in a Sens jersey next year
