I've been thinking about what holes the Sens will need to fill in the upcoming year and looking at some of the prospects coming up in the draft. With so much offense drafted last year and with some defensive components gone soon, it looking more and more like we will be drafting defense.
I'm really liking this Griffin Reinhart kid. Not just a beast in size but it in his name. 6'4, 200 pould defender would be great on the back end for us as I feel our defensive core is a little soft at the moment.
If we're looking to replace Rundblad through the draft, Cody Ceci is a great offensive defenceman who I think is a better second line defender (so we wont be trading him)
Obviously there are the obvious draft picks of Yakupov, Foreseberg and Pearson but in reality we probably wont be finishing that far back (or at least I hope not)
What do you guys think? May be a little early to start talking draft but I'm getting excited looking forward :) <!-- -->
