Senators reassign Filatov to the AHL
The Ottawa Senators have reassigned forward Nikita Filatov to Binghamton. Filatov has played six games in the NHL this season and has one assist.

It ain't over yet
Don’t give up on Filatov yet. I believe that he will contribute to the Sens before long… if he doesn’t give up and go back to Russia.
Can't say I'm surprised
Whether it’s confidence or just physical readiness, Filatov still has some work to do. He’ll get ample opportunities in Binghamton to really lead the team offensively.

I'm disappointed in this decision
But I have faith in that he’ll be back and scoring in no time
We need to put him on a scoring line to see what he can really do
Unfortunately, we don’t have enough established scorers to go around (just Spezza and Alfie).
