Filly / Da Costa
The only potential spot for Filly is on the 2nd line. If it gets decided that he comes up, can Da Costa go down, or does he have to clear waivers?
I never did undertand that rule now that the 10 game mark has passed by.
No, the 9-game limit has to do with a player's ELC.
If Filatov comes up to the second line and Da Costa goes to Bingo, who becomes the centre? Foligno?
