Dear hockey,

I know Peter wrote to you last night and said all these wonderful things, but I wanted to say hi, too. I see that you're giving us another round of the Battle of Ontario tonight, and that's pretty cool. It was really spiffy of you to let Nick Foligno dance around Dion Phaneuf and let us watch Robin Lehner pitch a shutout. I don't really know what the rosters are tonight, but I'm sure it'll be fun and maybe you'll help Jared Cowen make a case for not going back to junior.

Even if it's not, it's nice to see you again. I missed you.
