Binghamton Signs Goalie Chris Holt
CHRIS HOLT! The Binghamton Senators announced today that they have signed goaltender Chris Holt to a one-year contract. Holt spent last year in the St. Louis Blues' organization, splitting time between the Blues and their AHL and ECHL affiliates.
A bit of a puzzling signing, really. We already have Mike Brodeur and Andy Chiodo expected to play in net in the AHL, but I suppose a little friendly competition is what the B-Sens are after.

BEATRICE!
Agreed, strange signing, but maybe one of the three is bound for Elmira.
Or could this be a sign that a deal involving Heatley is inevitable?!?! It must be!

let's not jump to conclusions here, even if a lot of us are begging to see heater move along.
mike broduer is a bit injury prone, i think this signing is just for worst case scenario. i bet he’ll spend most of the year with the jackals along side mitch o’keefe.
but then again maybe murray is making an important phone call as we speak!!!!!!!!
