André Petersson Inks One-Year SEL Deal
The Ottawa Senators' fourth-round draft pick in 2008, André Petersson, has signed a one-year deal with HV71 of the SEL. Though Petersson spent the majority of the year with the club's junior team (notching 55 points in 36 games), he did suit up for the big club for 10 games.
Petersson is probably best known to North American fans for his play on Sweden's silver medal squad at the World Junior Hockey Championship, where he notched three goals and three assists.
