Sens teams in the past couple of years would have died with that 3 - 1 giveaway against the Caps. Maybe this team is ready to go to the next level... no longer relying on one line to do it all... As a former long time coach, I always look at offence starting from the defence. Maybe I spoke too soon about the defence on this team. Kuba and Carkner and Phillips are solid. Phillips suddenly remembered his offensive prowess from Junior.  And Picard has finally found himself a spot. Fisher proved me wrong that he could be a topline center rather than just a third line banger. KUDOs to Clouson for being the only one in history to teach Spezza to play two ways.
