Ah yes, the always subtle Ottawa Sun. No pressure, Milan. (H/T to Don, Battle of Ontario)

1) People should really stop comparing Milan to Dany Heatley, because they are completely different players and no good can come from it. Unless you’re comparing their missing teeth.
2) How did Yahoo! Sports not pick Milan as the number 1 star last night? Makes no sense. Two short handed goals! Hat-trick!

I’m already sick of the Michalek-Heatley comparisons, but they’re going to be tied forever. I don’t really care if Heatley excels or tanks in San Jose or that Michalek scores as many goals… I just care that Ottawa wins, and they look like a good team with Cheechoo and Michalek in the lineup.

The easy story for casual fans will be Heatley-Michalek, though, so we might as well get used to it.

One of my favourite comparisons? Cap hit:

Michalek: $4.3M
Heatley: $7.5M
